Silence - Order - Light, were the goals to cope with in this full refurbishment in the Sants District in Barcelona.

This mid-century house with brick walls and a superposition of wooden and metal structure had to be fully renovated extracting layer over layer to restore the original materials and lighten up the weight of three floors lying on top of each other.
The house is a assembly for the objects collected in the traveling experiences of the client. The two façades of the house made it possible to organize the layout in a way that the room and the bathroom enjoy views of the Montjuïc Mountain while the living room is open to the old town. The position of the more private spaces and the doors movement make it possible to enjoy a big space despite the reduced size of this apartment.
