Shingles and Stucco

This home began as a teardown of the existing house that had fallen into severe disrepair. We had to use the pre-existing location as the new zoning on the flag-lot would reduce the size of the buildable area. This in turn led us to feature the two gambrel rooflines intersecting at a right angle, while offering an opportunity for a roof deck off of the new master bedroom overlooking the pool below.
