SALIHORSK PAVILION

In 2019, the development of a new tourist brand Soligorsk in the city of Soligorsk was carried out, it was sponsored by Belaruskali OJSC. It was planned to create a large-scale project that calls for the popularization of tourism in Belarus, and, in particular, makes the city of Salihorsk an attraction point for various groups of people. As a result, it is expected that Salihorsk will become the "capital of Belarus’s hospitality."

The creation of pavilions will be the initial stage of launching the Soligorsk brand, in the future it is planned to create exhibition stands of varying degrees of complexity, the creation of an architectural promenade, with a recreation area (water activities), souvenir shops and a street of restaurants and cafes.

Specialists of the NEF \ TBWA agency were responsible for the development and creation of the Soligorsk brand, including strategy and design.

The design concept of the first Soligorsk collection was based on the layering of potash rock as a symbol of the city that was once founded in connection with the industrial development of the potash deposit.

As part of the city’s brand, the production of souvenirs, food, clothing collections under the Soligorsk brand was launched. The ZROBYM architects team took a direct part in the development of exhibition halls for the implementation of promotional products. Currently, three pavilions are located in Minsk in the fan zones of the II European Games 2019 near the Minsk Arena, the Sports Palace and the Chizhovka Arena. It is expected that after the Games, the pavilions will be placed in the iconic places of the city of Soligorsk.

A simple, clean, laconic parallelepiped shape was chosen for the pavilion. It has twelve doors that are open to all guests. Environmentally friendly materials were used, the pavilion was solved in natural, natural, warm colors. In the dark, ribbon lighting is used, which forms a bright, comfortable interior. LED strips located vertically at the ends of the doors emphasize the rhythm of the created design and illuminate the space around the pavilion.
