This stunning home has most recently been owned since 1996 by another prominent Seattle architect, Dan Foltz, who’s designed numerous Seattle high-rise buildings as well as being the lead designer of the Alderbrook Resort & Spa facelift located on Hood Canal, WA. Dan was a Design Principal (since retired in 2018) working on multiple high rise projects including the award winning Fifteen Twenty-One Second Avenue and other high profile projects including The Post, Viktoria, Expo 62, Tower 12, Cirrus, Stratus, Premiere on Pine, Luma, Ascent and Pike Motorworks.
