Ridge Trail Ranch

Formally hillside horse stables, the Ridge Trail Ranch property has been transformed into a private retreat with stunning views of the Mongolian Rim. Perched above the town of Pine and surrounded by soaring pines, this home has become the perfect destination for rustic elegance.

This pandemic project began on Christmas in 2020 when Designer James Judge (@thehousejudge) came across this old horse ranch in Pine, Arizona. He had a vision for this rustic ranch cabin and it quickly became his hardest project to date. James worked his designer magic by modifying the floorplan and working around the unique elements of the ranch including the exposed timber rafters, brick wall and exceptional views. He made sure every bedroom had a door that led outside to provide a connection to nature. The 1,200 square foot wrap around deck with views of the Mongolian Rim are unmatched.
