Ramos House refers to the Case Study Houses (CSH) program in the mid-1940´s. It is projected on a very particular lot area with a practically triangular shape, as it is in the head of the block.

One of the sides of the triangle was taken to plant the house parallel to that axis; this decision was reached to take advantage of the south orientation and the green views turning their backs on the close.

The house is developed in three levels.

The basement level gives rise to parking lots and services taking advantage of the level difference between one side of the triangle and the other, leaving these under the house and the garden.

In the first level we have the social area, dining room, T.V room, at the same level as the garden, being able to appreciate practically from all spaces the garden.

The second level, where the chambers are located, represents a volume supported at the ends giving an apparent lightness to the frontal facade. All this level has views of the garden and the outside of the land appreciating a very wooded area, in addition to having a large terrace.

Using materials such as steel, apparent concrete, stone and flattened, we managed to make a luxury residential house with a budget not very high.
