putting an art moderne back together

we looked high & low for an Art Deco home in Oklahoma for years. after three years a single owner home built as a show home in 1937 went on the market. it was actually the cover of American builder magazine that same year! & yes, a copy of the mag came with the house. subfloors were rotten, ceilings were leaking, it looked like there had a been a 90's Lowes remodel of the galley kitchen. we spent over a year, and double our budget, putting her back together but couldn't be happier with our home. my wife Amy & I along with our five pups have been living the happy home life ever since.
