This gorgeous condo on the Brooklyn waterfront features incredible views both inside and out. The interiors (& terrace) by M Monroe Design were completed in early 2019, while the nursery and work from home space were added later in the year. Both of the clients are young and vibrant. One is an entrepreneur from Spain, whose mother is a painter... and the other is a trained architect. M Monroe Design fused those backgrounds (and some of the mother's artwork) into the space.
Note: Kitchens and baths (not pictured) were designed by the original architects of Pierhouse.
