A Beach house in the coastline sea front designed as a two perpendicular volumes covering the maximum width of the site: the volume of common spaces open towards the view and closes to the wind that comes from the south, and the volume of the bedrooms perpendicular to this and located in the east, taking advantage of the morning light.
The common spaces are designed as a single large space, gathering the kitchen, dining room, living room and family room, and are differentiated by diverse heights, and a stone wall that makes the use of the living room independent. Towards the sea there is a terrace that links all these spaces and that is protected with a mobile glass system.
The house is made with reinforced concrete walls and the width of these is determined by the thermal inertia necessary for the house to accumulate heat during the day and release it during the night.
The house was designed by Benjamin Goñi Arquitectos and Claro + Westendarp arquitectos.
The volume of the master bedroom and the glass terrace, that looks toward the pool and the Pacific Ocean.
The living and dinning room, with a a custom made millwork of mañio wood, that contains the bar, the fridges, shelving and space for artwork.
Also the fireplace includes a special space for the owner's keyboards.

The bedroom volume with it's private terrace and a landscape designed in accordance to the beach vegetation.
The house is designed to protect itself from the south wind and to embrace the view and solar orientation of the north.
The terrace is closed with a mobile glass system that looks towards the pool.
The west facade designed very minimalistic, with only three very specific windows: the kitchen and the laundry.

The west wall is where all the kitchen equipment is located along with the bbq grill.
