Penny Bank - Residence

This unique unit have amazing angles and shapes. The new homeowner wanted a cleaner and not as busy look in their home. We decided to start with the kitchen first and work our way around the home per rooms. The kitchen is the biggest room in the home and was lacking on a good balance in color. Countertops were cement but we already have the entire unit with concrete floors. We thought that was too much or perhaps the cement was taking over the home. The kitchen had a Moroccan tile as backsplash but was clashing with the cabinets. The faucet was too small for the space and we upgraded with a Delta faucet to give it a more industrial look to it. Here are the items that we replaced:
