This is what happens when you meet a client that requires your "A Game" ....... this was a full services design / build project that remodeled both 1st and 2nd floors along with creating a new underground wine cellar for 1500 wine bottles. Project required major structural engineering for temporary shoring of existing foundations, mitigating methane gas.
