From BALCON studio

The apartment is 112 sq. meters in Moscow - a new project of designer Olga Lagodnaya, studio BALCON. The space is located in the Peking Gardens residential complex, of which the legendary Peking Hotel of the Stalinist Empire era became a part. The combination of modern furniture and classic elements in the interior has become a reflection of the architecture of the complex and the personality of the customer.
The owner of the apartment turned to the studio with a clear idea of the future space and a practically finished layout. In the interior, he represented a collection of paintings, so it was important for the designer to think about the background for the works of art. The active lifestyle of a young man, passion for triathlon, required to provide enough storage space.
