Designed by Znak Design the VIP area at Park Land restaurant in Kyiv provides an intimate and inviting atmosphere for meetings, mini dinners, and other events. The use of natural elements such as a stone slab and wooden panels creates a sense of familiarity and connection to the environment. The stone slab is particularly eye-catching, hanging on the wall with decorative brass tubes to enhance its structured appearance. Wooden panels arranged in a manner that creates a visual illusion of depth and space adorn one of the walls.
The ceiling posed a unique challenge as the metal roof structures complicated its design. However, through the use of architectural knowledge, the trusses were aligned with white material and wooden beams were added to create an open-style ceiling that stylistically reflects the interior of a country house.

The incorporation of a semicircular window that did not fit with the general design of the room was remedied by simply covering it with tulle. The end result is a warm and welcoming space where customers can feel at home while hosting small events or meeting with friends and business partners.

"Designing the interior of the VIP area at Park Land restaurant was an exhilarating challenge that pushed me to think outside the box. From incorporating natural elements to solving the complex issue with the metal roof structures, every detail was crucial in creating a warm and inviting atmosphere that makes customers feel right at home.”, Vadym Ziuziuk, the founder and interior designer at Znak Design, said.

Znak Design is a Ukrainian agency founded in 2005 to promote interior design culture by integrating global trends, functional comfort, and a basic architectural approach.
