Sited on the shores of Paradise Lake in Catskill, NY, this second home is a modified Medium Bar.
The living and dining spaces are defined by and broken up by a feature wall with a fireplace. A hidden office space takes advantage of underutilized space beneath the staircase. The second floor's flexible layout accommodates more guests and work space.
