From Lilianna Kim
n this golf course neighborhood comprised of Alexander Co. homes, built in 1961, designer Lilianna Kim of Desert Minimalism fame presents her latest project. Combining Mid Century Modern architecture with contemporary desert style, one can't help but feel they're living in the pages of Architectural Magazine. Polished concrete floors, vaulted ceilings, and walls of glass draw natural light inside the home as well as make the transition to outside living effortless. This home received a complete overhaul. With premium features including Venetian Plaster accent walls and standalone fireplace, custom white oak cabinetry and partition wall. Lilianna reconfigured the floor plan to create an inviting open living space that delivers maximum flow and function. Newly created 'no kitchen, kitchen' allows you to focus on what's most important, breathtaking views and surrounding nature. Master bedroom's walk in closet was absorbed, to create a open, spa-like wet room. The outdoor space has been completely remodeled from pool plaster, tiles and concrete work, to landscape, outdoor kitchen and firepit. Photos by Gianna Christina Photography.
