A Seamless Transition Between Interior and Exterior

Nestled amidst the picturesque Orinda hills, this newly designed pool house / ADU replaces an existing pool shed, offering a stunning vista of oak trees in the valley below.
Vision

Repositioned adjacent to the pool, the structure seamlessly integrates with nature, inviting an indoor-outdoor experience and transforming into the ultimate party destination for family and friends. The most striking feature of this 500 square-foot, one-bedroom urban oasis lies in its connection to nature, achieved through the use of top-tier materials and minimalist details. Maximizing the pavilion's link to the beautifully landscaped yard was paramount, capitalizing on the region's mild climate to ensure its daily use.
