A unique, modern, wooded retreat perched on a hilltop above Manzanita, Oregon with a 5 minute walk to Neahkahnie Beach. The house was originally designed and built by Mid-Century Modern architect Marvin Witt for his family retreat. It has been thoughtfully updated with modern amenities such as heated bathroom floors and a fully remodeled kitchen.
