The Big Monolith completes ÖÖD’s full product range, joining the Glämping House, Signature House, Extended House, Limited Edition Golden House, and the range of Mini, Medium, and Large Saunas. With space to comfortably host up to four guests, it’s the perfect fit for group stays or families – whether for a private retreat, a short-term rental property, or part of a larger hospitality concept.

The Big Monolith is built with flexibility in mind – clients can choose layouts with an expanded living room and kitchen, or with two fully separate bedrooms. Based on feedback from our clients, the model can also be configured as a spacious one-bedroom LOFT-style house, offering a luxurious and open-plan retreat for couples or solo travellers seeking more space and privacy.
