Step into this transformed 1860's Townhome nestled in the heart of Greenpoint, Brooklyn - where history intertwines with modern elegance. With the skilled hands of architect and designer Jenny O'Leary (JOIA) and contractor extraordinaire Erica Padgett (Decorum Design Build), every corner of this classic abode has been lovingly revitalized.

Starting on the parlor floor, once the heartbeat of 1860's high society for entertaining, owner's Jenny O'Leary and Adam Bossy wanted to infuse a new and playful feel while maintaining the floor plan for a living room, dining room, and kitchen. Picture cozy nooks for lounging, and a chef's kitchen designed to inspire culinary adventures, separated by a dining room that invites the user to sit and stay —all seamlessly integrated into a layout that pairs form with function.

Adding a touch of whimsy, the owner's discovered an old cabinet tucked away in the kitchen, its weathered charm begging for a new lease on life. They breathed fresh life into it, transporting it upstairs to take center stage in the new primary bathroom. For owner and designer Jenny O'Leary, this renovation wasn't just about restoring a home; it's about infusing it with stories, character, and a little bit of magic. Here, every nook tells a tale of creativity and reinvention.
