An old and small kitchen becomes a large open plan and fresh kitchen . A huge sliding door opens up to a zen garden.
One of the 4 large front rooms was fully redone to solve moisture, told and rust problems. All the original wooden floors ( oregon pine) were sanded down and refinished, in the same way as the all the other woodwork. This room is a photographic studio now.
A dark room is transformed in a light and beautiful Room.
Everything was redone
Everything white to optimise de light. Floors were redone. A new designed classic door was added ( the arch), to separate the residential and the business premisses.
A pool shelter and a tween double car port were build keeping the same style as the main building.
