Noe Proper

SF Design Build was hired to remodel this pre-earthquake Victorian home in the Noe Valley neighborhood of San Francisco.

To the ground floor we built a rear addition that included a large master suite, home office and laundry room. A new roof deck sits on top of the addition. We also updated the kitchen and dining areas upstairs, including adding a set of sliding bi-fold exterior doors to match the ones in the new master bedroom, further connecting the interior with exterior space.

The creative home owners chose the eclectic and colorful design details seen throughout. This project is a great example of blending old and new - the remodeled space is cohesive with the existing eclectic Victorian charm, with lots of added functionality for a busy family of four.
