this is a project i have just finished in Buenos Aires Argentina
in a beautiful Art Deco building (very neglected) that we brought to life. The location of this project is in the old Buenos Aires, right in front of Puerto Madero (one of the trendiest areas at the moment (you can see in some of the pics , through the windows some of the most beautiful palaces from the beginning of the century in Buenos Aires)

the project had 2 parts in one, we redesigned an entire office space for different kind of employees, the range goes from presidents, managers , and regular employees and it has a small area for co-working too. This entire floor is around 4865 sf. We renovated the space to the guts, changing floor, ceilings, we planed the space in a more open concept and we only added a couple of closed offices that have glass walls to allow the sun light go from the front street to back one, as the building occupies one entire strip of the block from front to back street.

All the furniture was designed for the space we remodeled the public restroom and kitchen too.

The other floor is on the top floor (story 12) with spectacular views of the city, the balcony was also re done and faces one of the most beautiful sets of buildings almost on the water.
This is a refectory/ lunch space for the employees also serves as a co-working space, plus a relaxing area , kind of a small living with sofas and tables to read, or just chill this one is 1442 sf . All the furniture was custom made for the space and so was the art on the walls.

Both spaces are warm minimalist , clean lines, almost everything is warm white with touches of wood to bring warmth and peace to the spaces.
