An incredibly rare collection of four restored multifamily complexes across Los Angeles (LA, West Hollywood, Venice) has recently hit the market. Known as The Golden Era Collection, the four buildings range from $5.85M- $13M, 6-9 units each with PPU’s from $975K - $1.4M.

Folded into the fabric of the city, The Golden Era Collection includes two Mills Act buildings with another on the National register of historic places. One building was built by filmmaker Wilfred Buckland in the 1920s to evoke a Spanish hill town. The collection is being sold by owner and LA interior designer Morgan Brown, most known for Morgan Brown Designs. Most properties offer original details restored with touches of Morgan Brown’s design intended to bring in modern amenities.

Listing agents Alyson Richards and Kenny Stevens on Compass can speak on the offerings as well as provide a temp check on today’s LA market.
