Remodel of a mid-century family bath - incorporating laundry facilities for better flow of the home. Laundry facilities were moved to the "bedroom" side of the house from the kitchen in order to allow easier access to laundry and provide more storage in kitchen in Phase 2 of the project.

Recently moved to Denver, Colorado, LeavittHaas is a boutique design firm focusing on the ergonomics of a home as well as unique finishes to give each home a unique feel that fits the needs and desires of their clients. Using 3D renderings, the company allows clients to "walk" their project before construction begins. A founding principle of the company is to look at the house as a whole during design and then stage the construction in phases in order to achieve the clients dream homes. Some clients only have one small project, while others realize that all interior and exterior projects need to be taken into account before the first project is begun.
