Maple Grove Man Cave

Our clients came to us concerning an indoor pool structure off their home that needed to be removed. The pool was causing a buildup of mold and moisture issues, and they were desperate to get rid of it. They wanted to transform the space into a “mancave meets garage” for the family to work on cars and entertain guests!

In addition to converting the pool room to a garage, our clients wanted to reconfigure and update the attached bathroom. The original bathroom had several small rooms within one space, making it feel small and cramped. To open it up, we reconfigured the layout and removed one shower (there were two previously). This allowed for more vanity space and additional storage space, all while keeping a large, luxurious steam shower.

This project was not without its challenges. We had to fill in the existing pool, ensuring it could withstand the weight of multiple vehicles while including hidden drains that tied into the existing pool deck. There was mold throughout that had to be mitigated, and all new mechanicals had to run.
