Best Practice Architecture recently completed this contemporary addition to a 100-year-old house in Seattle's Madrona neighborhood. The project includes an expanded family room, comprehensive remodel to the kitchen, living room and dining room, as well as a series of new decks on multiple levels with amazing views of Lake Washington. Additionally, a new detached garage is nestled into the steeply sloped rear yard with fresh landscaping and a custom playhouse.
