Apartment Louisa is a space where the continuous dialogue of life and style have merged. Meticulous attention to detail; the materials, the finishes and the lighting are elements that contributed to the original outline, giving an unrepeatable visual touch, and aesthetic authenticity in how the house is lived and felt.
The master bedroom stands out for its different feel of the day and the night atmosphere, while throughout the day it enjoys excellent natural light that accentuates the soft tones, at night the artificial light becomes the protagonist, highlighting elements such as the bookcases integrated into the side of the room and into the front wall. The selection of the wooden floor for this room results from the search for a warmer atmosphere.
The lighting concept creates rhythm, balance and proportion. The fusion of natural wood and stone achieved a beautiful understated approach in modern finishes. The simplicity in its palette of finishes enriches the architectural composition of the apartment.
The quartering and selection of each marble slab emphasize the idea that details make the difference, at the same time, textures were introduced to add character to the spaces.
The project tries to transform the conception of materiality through the combination of prefabricated decorative elements and the integration of furniture in neutral colors to achieve a space where each piece, color, tone, finish and lighting comes from a deep design reflection.
Apartment Louisa showcases the aesthetic possibilities that result when our minimalist design aesthetic and the desire to include some of the roughness of natural textures are fused together; the idea was always to find the intersection between all those things.
