Lake House

House, 900 sq.m. Initially, it was a standard house from the developer. The customer asked to choose a ready-made house (building) for him for the further prospective implementation of all his requests in it. I chose this house, which the customer subsequently liked and he bought it.The house was one of several houses in a fenced area in the best eco-district of the city, by area it was initially almost 700 square meters, but the main condition of the Customer was the presence of a spa area with a swimming pool, at least 15 meters. Therefore, the house underwent significant reconstruction, as a result of which a spa area with a swimming pool, hammam and sauna, a gym appeared. The architecture was also improved - window openings were enlarged, the interior space was improved.
