We converted a run-down 130 sq. ft. tool shed into accommodation for 2 with a tiny bathroom and kitchenette. Because we live in a small house it provides a self-contained bedroom and bathroom for family and friends. We did all the work ourselves other than getting assistance with the plumbing and wiring. When not in uses as a guest room, my husband uses it as a music studio.
