Uncovering 140 yr old perfectly preserved brick. Plaster was falling off due to old and roof replacement where many rafters needed sistered to be brought up to code.

Interior lower middle-aged used to be back of building but in 1906 the additional 1000 sqft up and down were added as the Independent of the odd fellows were financially doing well and wanted to add the upstairs billiards room for its members ( our future master bedroom)

1882 historic IOOF Building -- remodel starting July 2019 . (Plumbing, electrical, HVAC, Mason work)
commercial Rental downstairs front 1100 sqft (hopefully a future coffee shop or wine tasting room) , living quarters residential up 2500 sqft. Roof top on roof - We are not certain about the finished but very excited to start project with projected finish date of Spring 2020.
This project is one to follow! We need to find a good photo and designer. Any suggestions?
