This is a project we did in 2014 and was featured on the Swedish tv program "Husdrömmar". second season.
This was our first bigger project with the building system we developed, and was put to the test being on TV and on the water. The structural calculations told us that the weight of the building was just enough to keep the house stable under the wind loads we expected in the harbour, especially since the previous houseboat in that spot had blown over and sunk the year before.
The houseboat has been put to the test with hurricane force winds several times since then with out damage.
