Currently for sale ($700,000) five bedroom, 3.5 bath home built on a wooded hillside in Atlanta Country Club. Every room provides incredible views of the slope and brook at the bottom of the property. The home includes 5 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. An extensive renovation and expansion was completed in 2015.

Frank Lloyd Wright believed that houses should be designed in such a way that living in them improved the lives of the occupants. One of the ways he sought to accomplish this was to merge the outdoor and indoor spaces. He also thought homes should be built on the side of hills/mountains instead of on top of them.

Though this house was not designed by Wright, it was built to take advantage of the incredible views of the building site and to allow the occupants to constantly be in touch with the wooded hillside. Each main room of the house includes wonderful views that are reminiscent of the North Georgia Mountains, even though the house is located in Atlanta Country Club - one of East Cobb's premier neighborhoods.

The kitchen includes beautiful Gaggenau appliances, Italian cabinets (Gatto) and Caesarstone countertops. There is also a large 10 ft island in the kitchen with seating.

Designer CB Miles consulted on the remodel and was very involved in designing the kitchen and the 2 new bathrooms.
