A private courtyard welcomes guests making way to the entry. Mahogany stained entry door with digital keypad from Emtek opens into the entry with a custom full-wall window. This allows viewers to take in the private rock garden oasis.
Primary suite - large bedroom, bathroom features full tile walls, floating mirror with RBW sconces, floating white oak vanity, finished with leathered Perla Venata quartzite and Watermark plumbing fixtures. Large jetted tub is set under a window to allow for view of the rocks in every space. Large tiled walk in shower and outdoor shower complete the bathroom.
Main living area - McGuire sofa and dining table surrounded by Amber Interiors dining chairs and custom white oak kitchen cabinetry set the tone for the living area; focusing all the attention to the outdoors. Ebony stained beams enhance the 10' ceilings. As well as a notched corner detail on the feature wall, these notches can be found throughout the house creating continuity throughout the space. The kitchen cabinets are topped with leathered granite counters. The large McGuire by Baker, dining table anchors the room lighted by ceramic pendants from Rejuvenation Lighting.
Guest bath - the notch detail is carried into this room to highlight the tub/shower. Elongated subway tile in a highly varied gray/blue set the tone, with a custom designed wrought iron vanity, slate counter and Watermark plumbing fixtures.
