Hawaiian dream 1100 square foot apartment. Total gut down to studs to turn 1970’s space into paradise found. Most important was being able to lay in bed and hear the waves crashing. Shoji screens divide the bedroom when privacy is desired. Feels like the cross between luxury hotel room and Japanese spa.
