Overlooking a private golf course on the north shore of Chicago, this new modern residence offers an efficient, yet spacious layout, open to the views of the surrounding landscape. The exterior is clad in metal, limestone and natural woods, while the interior presents a light and clean aesthetic for single floor living with 14’ ceilings across the main living spaces.
