Designed by Arquitectonica constructed in the Cherry Creek North neighborhood of Denver, CO. Considered an early project, the residences were originally painted seafoam green, subsequently painted battleship gray. Progressive for Denver from the unique shapes and use of glass block. 2BD/2BA within 1,650 SF. Unique site i.e. both sides on roads thus designed to capture east and west views. Also profiled in Global Architecture 23 in the mid 1980s. 35 years since constructed and still truly unique. This unit for sale have additional professional pictures of this unit and neighboring unit 266 Harrison St.
