This luxury residential farmhouse, with a total covered slab area of 14000 square feet and a plot area of 24000 square feet, is located in the Sultanpur Patti region, about 39.8 kilometers from Corbett National Park. It has been designed to add a sense of the local environment in an urban neighbour hood.

The facade exhibits a blend of natural stone finishes, inclusive of polished to lappatro Jaisalmer stone, along with marble chip textures, and a gabion boundary wall that adds aesthetics as well as adds to the structure complementing the natural surroundings of the place too.

This farmhouse has been planned with a centrally concentrated approach with an emphasis on integrating a country vibe to the existing piece of land, along with amenities like a gymnasium.

The layout of the farmhouse is intended to encourage a cosy ambiance. The entrance features Jaisalmer stone steps and imposing vertical columns supporting a gabled roof. The house opens with a magnificent teak wood entrance that opens into a double-height drawing room with leather furnishings and a flex stone wall, further linking it to the sunken lobby space.A stunning chandelier hangs over the space's sunken sitting area, which is connected to a dining hall positioned in the heart of an imperial staircase. The first floor lobby is reached by the majestic staircase, which has chess pawn-inspired railings made of exquisitely carved black stone.

The main floor includes a drawing room, a sunken lobby, a dining area, a kitchen, and two bedrooms: the master bedroom and the parent's bedroom, for the convenience of both the young couple and the elderly. The double-height square living area is designed for private gatherings and is connected to the kitchen, dining area, drawing room, and two bedrooms with access to the verandas. A pair of staircase with natural stone finishes connect the entire sunken living area to the first floor.

There are three bedrooms on the first floor: a guest bedroom, a daughter's bedroom, and a son's bedroom. There is also a giant bull's eye window in the hallway with Jaisalmer stone cladding that adds a beautiful splash of colour to the interior.

The marble railing, which is designed to resemble chessboard gives the space a regal appearance. The elevated, stepped entrance leads into a massive, double-height drawing room that is connected to the sunken living space.

Kadappa stone with brass inlay work is intended to provide a naturally rustic feel to the flooring. Yellow Jaisalmer stone is used to complete the facade in order to add variation and a range of textures. The Gabion boundary wall is well recognized for its endurance, durability, and stability, making it a reliable structure in addition to serving as an attractive fence.

It is a highly experimental structure because the entire material palette is made up of different types of sandstone, such as Basalt stone, Jaisalmer stone, Kadappa stone, Cosmic Fantasy stone, Makrana stone mosaic, and Dholpur red sandstone, including multiple finishes like laptro finish, sandblast finish, glossy finish, river-sand finish, leather finish, and micro sanding finish.

In addition to the use of these sandstones and floor treatments, the pitch roof finished in shingles, and various wall finishes, accentuate the collaborative nature of this space.
