At Frame & InFill, we've asked ourselves why homes can't be made in a factory, where they can be produced at a lower cost, with higher quality, and in abundant quantities. This led us to the decision of manufacturing homes with precision in a factory setting. Unlike many prefab companies in the past that merely replicated traditional construction methods inside a factory, we've taken a different approach. We've completely reimagined the way homes are built from the ground up, keeping manufacturability at the forefront from the very beginning.
Our unique Frame & InFill system is a thoughtful and innovative approach to modular construction. We leverage the efficiency of containerized dimensions, the strength and insulating properties of composite concrete structural insulated panels (CCSIPs), and the flexibility of composite cardboard for interior spaces. This approach allows us to create homes that are not only cost-effective and high-quality but also customizable to meet the unique needs of each homeowner.
