Presenting a MCM built in 1958. The original owners built the house on their own. Byron Leary(owner/builder) was a Brigadier General serving overseas. His wife Dorothy sent him the house plans and once he retired, and they went got to work building their family home. They lived in the house until his passing in 2015 at the age of 101. The house was all original until the new owners purchased it from the family in 2016 and got busy! After remodeling the house inside and out, the next project was the accessory building. The 4,000 square foot building hosts a garage, artist studio, gallery, office and walkout basement in the rear. Home owners, Jared and Michele, began sketching their interest Christmas of 2017 and broke ground late 2018.
