Flatiron House comprises two distinct buildings connected by a shared interior garden with a total of 44 residences. With architecture and interiors by COOKFOX Architects, a leader in biophilic design, the development utilizes a number of guiding principles that promote health, wellbeing, and indoor-outdoor living.

Residence 20A is one of the homes outfitted with a self-watering irrigation system under each window to allow plants to bloom and grow through the 222-square-foot balcony’s latticework. The loggia (covered terrace) in 20A is accessible via the living room, primary corner bedroom, and secondary bedrooms. Designed in collaboration with Brooklyn-based landscape architect Future Green Studio, plant species will be included in the home, such as periwinkle, thyme, oregano, lavender, alpine strawberries, and lowbush blueberries. The planting choices are very specific and based on a Mediterranean approach to be edible, fragrant and open to regular sun exposure.

The stunning interior totals 3,194 square feet, highlighted by 360 degree landmark views of The Clocktower and downtown Manhattan with floor-to-ceiling windows. The residence, staged by ASH Staging, features direct elevator entry and opens up to a main living space awash in natural light and surrounded by the building’s signature landscaped loggias. The kitchen features custom oak, lacquer, and ribbed glass cabinetry framed in brass, a large island along with Calacatta Lincoln marble slab countertops and backsplashes and a pantry. The primary corner suite, on the east and north side of the residence, features a large walk-in closet, windowed dressing room, and five-fixture primary bathroom with a customer vanity, heated marble floors, bathtub, a glass-enclosed shower, and water closet by Toto. The two secondary bedrooms offer Empire State Building views and are finished with limestone flooring, Ann Sacks textured ceramic tiles, custom vanity, Duravit shower/tub, and water closet by Toto.

Amenities include: an attended lobby, a fitness center with an adjacent terrace, a lush planted garden, a residents' lounge, and a game room. Flatiron House is also located just a half a block from Madison Square Park.
