From Heather O'Connor

This was a full rebuild completed by Lorenz Developments Ltd. after a catastrophic fire destroyed two units in a multi-family dwelling. We were actually the low bid for this insurance job - but working closely within the budget and liaising with the owner, we managed to build back better than before. The design was done by the unit owner, Rory Holland, and company owner Jason Lorenz. The outcome was one we are more than pleased with, new life to a space left gutted and scorched only months before.
