Located just outside Nashville, TN in Ashland City at No. 9 Farms, Dwelling at N0. 9 is a fully restored 1949 post-war Spartan Royal Mansion trailer and pavilion completed in 2017. The trailer has heat and air conditioning, full size bed, bathroom, kitchen, galley and living room. It comes with amenities such as toaster oven, coffee maker, and heating plate. Outside on our 50-foot deck you will find an outdoor kitchen with gas grill and plenty of workspace. You will also find an outdoor "stargazing" deck to enjoy the night sky. Then just outside the back trailer door we have a custom designed bathhouse with a vintage clawfoot tub and two overhead rain shower heads good for all year around. Aside from the many amazing things to do and see and eat in Nashville, you can hike through our woods, visit the farm, take a bottle of wine and book down to the rocks on Marrowbone Creek, or just relax at the trailer. Designed by Brian & Stephanie Oaks, owners of No. 9 Farms, their goal is for you to leave with a different sense of being than when you came. A sense that will leave you relaxed, inspired and ready to come back.
