Welcome to a home that tells the story of a vibrant couple who traded the hustle of New York City for the sunny shores of Coronado. With a love for modern design, they dreamed of a space that felt both stylish and relaxed—a perfect blend of their East Coast roots and West Coast vibes.

They didn’t need a sprawling mansion; instead, they craved open, flowing spaces that made the most of every nook. For them, the connection to the outdoors was the key to living big, letting natural light wash over their home and creating a blur between indoors and out. As passionate art lovers, they wanted a backdrop that showcased their modern collections, adding personality and color.

We worked closely with this duo to design a stunning steel-framed home they embraced as an art project. Every detail was crafted with care, resulting in a space that beautifully considers clean contemporary design with the playful charm of beach living. This is more than just a house; it’s a canvas for their life, filled with inspiration and joy.
