Coley's Cove

Coley's Cove (actually called "Fisherman's Rest" on maps) is a .1-acre island on Butterfield Lake in Redwood, NY. I bought the property in 2003 and proceeded to do a full tear-down of the mostly rotted, 24x27 fishing camp (preserved some foundation beams and the fireplace!) and rebuild. The home pulls water from the lake for shower/sinks, utilizes greywater filtration and compost toilet, has full electric, and features a church-style layout with cathedral ceilings and open floorplan. The master bedroom includes the steeple and second floor.
