Built in 1963 by a professor of architecture and his Wife using reclaimed materials. Massive trestle lumber, bowling alley floors and shopping center windows perched on a bluff overlooking the Pacific Ocean and the photogenic town of Mendocino across the bay. Incredible views day and night and countless opportunities for hiking, beach-combing, kayaking, mountain biking etc. Mendocino is a wonderful town to explore with it's many interesting shops and restaurants. This part of the California coast is a joy to take day trips up and down with its postcard views and unique attractions. Modern and Rustic combined with natural beauty.
