Built in 2017, this Parade of Homes favorite is all about balance. Vaulted and 8-ft ceilings work in concert to accentuate spacious and, alternately, cozy areas. Oversized windows connect the indoors and outdoors, carrying a design motif outside from custom staircase railings to indoor and then outdoor walls. Thoughtful elements like a hidden door off the lower level rec room, soundproofed walls and architecturally isolated bedroom suites promote a peaceful sharing of spaces for parents and children. A Crestron technology system supports geofencing, on-camera front entry and smart phone-controlled lighting and temperature.
