Casa Xyza, a modern designed family house with Ocean view

Casa Xyza is a modern designed villa in Ibiza style. This villa has been renovated in 2017 by architect Arnold Aarssen from Studioarte in Portimao. During this huge renovation it has been transformed from an averige portugese villa into a well equipped holiday home on a marvellous place near the ocean. The house is surrounded by different areas. A lounge corner equipped with a concrete bar and outdoor fireplace, a bbq near the kitchen and a large deck at the facade: the perfect place to have breakfast with the Atlantic Ocean just in front of you. On the backside you'll find a beautiful swimming pool, an outdoor douche and a deck area. It's a good place to relax up there on one of the sunbeds under the palms.
The villa is very well isolated and has floor heating (except in the bedrooms). There are 5 bedrooms, all with a bathroom ensuite. The rooftop is definately a most impressive place to be: from here you can witness the most beautiful sunsets.
