Casa Wise

After searching for the perfect rental for more than six years, this dream apartment floated into our inbox on a cold Monday evening in the midst of Covid.

The next morning, we got a tour of the unit, and by the end of the tour were on our way to the nearest bank for our Security and First/Last Month's rent.

The apartment is unique because it's a combination, which is rare in Williamsburg, in one of the first condo units in the neighborhood.

The massive 12 foot ceilings and football-field length living area are highlighted by the B&B Bellini couch and the DWR Como Sofa tucked into the den.

We enlisted Hira Sabuhi (sabuhi.studio/)... to design this space to be comfortable, lived in, but also fresh and fun.

We used to host regularly 'Wise Punch' parties in the days before the pandemic and are looking forward to our first soiree, because we now have a murphy bed so guests can spend the night.
