A bright apartment in an elegant 1940's building has been refurbished in order to optimize spaces and give them a new personality.
The design strategy was aimed at giving each of the spaces a strong identity, based on the use of color and the careful selection of contemporary and vintage furnishings, lamps and accessories.
The heart of the apartment is a large entrance hall in which some of the original structural elements have been preserved and highlighted, integrated with a continuous resin flooring that uniforms the connection spaces. In all other rooms, oak flooring and the neutral color of the walls are the backdrop for the bold colors of furniture and accessories.
The kitchen opens onto the large living area that overlooks a long loggia and it’s characterized by the glossy surface of the black tiles laid at full height and by the stainless steel furnishings. A hidden door leads to the service spaces behind the kitchen.
Each of the bedrooms is characterized by its own identity, through the use of floral-themed wallpapers, lamps and furnishings specially selected side by side with the customer; the two rooms have been meticulously personalized with the aim of becoming an intimate home refuge. Even in the bathrooms, the selection of wall tiles and floors in strong colors personalize the rooms, complemented by lamps, accessories and contemporary furnishings.
