Camelback Mountain

This hillside project was completed on the side of Arizona's famous Camelback Mountain in Phoenix Arizona. The project required an unusual level of quality workmanship due to its unique design complexity, intricate craftsmanship demands, and strict performance standards. The intricate architectural elements, advanced technical requirements, and innovative materials necessitated meticulous attention to detail and precision execution. The pool area is elevated 8 feet from ground level adjacent to a roof top deck that is on top of a 3-car garage. To achieve this a lot of planning and engineering went into this project. The project represents an unusual level of creativity due the elevation being 8 feet off the ground and the limited access. Additionally, the project's critical importance, high visibility, and the need for long-term durability emphasized the need for exceptional quality workmanship to ensure a successful outcome. The project's high stakes, challenging scope, and sophisticated requirements pushed boundaries, demanding a level of craftsmanship that exceeded industry norms to deliver exceptional results and meet the client's exacting standards. The design planning played a crucial role in the seamless integration of the home and landscape.
